Dear Friend of Millennium High School:

On behalf of the Millennium High School Parents Association, we are writing to request a donation for our silent auction held entirely online from May 6-19 of this year. Our school is located in the Financial District and was created in 2002 to help revitalize Lower Manhattan post-9/11. 

MHS has grades 9-12, with an enrollment of 671 students and a senior class of 175 students. The funds raised in the silent auction will complement the Direct Drive fundraiser and directly contribute to paying for one of our two college counselors for the upcoming school year. These counselors play a crucial role in our students' lives, helping them navigate the complex college application process and supporting families in understanding how to finance their child’s college education. In the past three years, 100% of Millennium seniors who applied to college were accepted, a testament to the invaluable assistance provided by our college counselors.

MHS is regularly featured in U.S. News & World Report’s top high schools (#301 in National Rankings, #36 in New York State High Schools, and #21 in New York City Public Schools High Schools for this school year). This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and teachers and the support of our community, including our college counselors.
